Lateral Entry Scheme:
Eligibility: Aircraft Maintenance Engineering entry into 6th Semester. For those who have
completed 5 semesters approved DGCA AME programmes.
Any Diploma entry into 2nd year.
Personals of Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces and Public Sector under takings
having an working experience of minimum five years in technical or skilled training
programs are also eligible for an entry into sixth semester with an clause that the Head
of the Department certifying the efficiency of the individual for attaining the degree
respective of their branch (Trade)
Awarding of B. Tech in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Eligibility:
Approved Course of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering ( 3 Years )
and
B. Sc Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (3 Yrs.) awarded by SU
and
Passed Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Certificate ( BAMEC ) in
Mechanical & Avionics streams awarded by DGCA.
