Southwest Georgia Technical College is seeking bids for the delivery and installation of
FUJI PRIMA CR Reader and Innovet Classic Vet System or an approved equivalent

EQUIVALENTS ARE ACCEPTABLE ON ALL BRAND/MODEL LISTED. IN THE EVENT A BIDDER IS
OFFERING ANOTHER MANUFACTURER AND OR MODEL NUMBER OTHER THAN WHAT IS
STATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE E-QUOTE, THEN THE BIDDER MUST PROVIDE
COMPLETE TECHNICAL INFORMATION, SPECIFICATIONS, MANUFACTURER' S NAME, MODEL
NUMBER AND A COMPLETE LIST OF DEVIATIONS FROM THE STATED SPECIFICATION WITH
YOUR BID. THE BURDEN OF PROOF FOR DOCUMENTING EQUALITY RESTS WITH THE BIDDER.
ALL DETERMINATIONS OF THE ACCEPTABILITY OF AN EQUIVALENT SHALL REST WITH THE
STAFF OF SOUTHWEST GEORGIA TECHNICAL COLLEGE AND THE COLLEGE'S DECISION TO
REJECT SUCH ITEMS DEEMED NOT EQUAL SHALL BE FINAL SOUTHWEST GEORGIA
TECHNICAL COLLEGE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS/OFFERS
PERTAINING TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, TO REJECT ANY PORTION THEREOF, AND
TO WAIVE ANY MINOR IRREGULARITIES AND /OR ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT
IF BIDDING A DIFFERENT BRAND – PLEASE SPECIFY BRAND AND MODEL IN THE
BIDDER’S COMMENT SECTION – FAILURE TO SPECIFY BRAND AND MODEL
NUMBER MAY DISQUALIFY YOUR BID. PLEASE REMEMBER TO ATTACH ANY
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE BRAND MODEL BEING BID.
THE BRAND NAME INDICATED IS INTENDMERELY AS A REFERENCE TO THE
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE REQUIREMENT OF TOLERANCE AND NOT AS A STATEMENT
OF PREFERENCE. The approved –equivalent must meet the minimum specification outline on
the specification sheet in order to be considered for award.
All questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to the issuing officer whose
name and telephone number appears in the solicitation document. Vendors should refer to
the E-QUOTE number and the closing date when making inquiry. All inquiries must be in
writing and e-mailed to the issuing offer at Thunter@TCSG.EDU. Questions other than
written will not be accepted. Responses other than written will not be binding upon TCSG .

UPLOAD it to the ES-RFQ.
