HEALTH REQUIREMENT Fully completed and acceptable Medical and Chest X-ray Certificates (INZ1007) for you, your partner and dependent children under 17 years of age (or under 25 if dependent) Note: Pregnant women and children under the age of 11 are not required to provide a Chest X-ray certificate. The certificates must be less than 3 months old, completed at any INZ Panel Doctor (A full list is available from INZ web site: www.immigration.govt.nz) at the time the application is lodged. Please read the Health Requirements Leaflet (INZ 1121) for further details. CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS A Police Clearance certificate for each applicant aged 17 years and over from their country of citizenship. For applicants who need to provide a Chinese police clearance, we need a Notarised Police Clearance Certificate from China and a photocopy of the original police clearance certificate letter issued by the Further information about the requirement for originals or certified copies, and English translations is contained in section A13 of the Immigration New Zealand Operational Manual. A Police Clearance certificate from any country in which applicants 17 years of age and over have lived for a total of more than 12 months, in the last 10 years. All police clearance certificates/letters must be less than 6 months old at the time lodgement. Please refer to section H of the Application for Residence Guide (application guide) for more information Evidence of the English language ability of all applicants aged 17 years and over, unless the secondary applicants are pre-purchasing English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition, e.g. IELTS test report or evidence to prove your statements in D1 and D2 of your EOI Where applicable, evidence of the custody arrangements for dependent children. Evidence of you and/or your partner’s full or provisional registration if either of you have current skilled employment in New Zealand or an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand in an occupation which requires registration Where applicable, original or certified true copy of your qualification for which you and/or your partner are claiming points and/ bonus points An NZQA Preliminary Assessment Result (PAR) or NZQA Qualification Assessment Report (QAR) of your and/or your partner’s qualification(s) unless the qualification(s) is included in the List of Recognised Qualifications ( INZ 1080 ) .Please note NZQA Qualification Assessment Report will be required before your application can be approved You and/or your partner’s certificate of registration if you are claiming points for your qualification(s) on the basis of New Zealand full or provisional registration Where applicable, evidence of your work experience for which you are claiming points and/or bonus points. Postage fee: If you wish to have your passports and original documents returned by EMS courier, please submit an additional fee of RMB40 or USD5 for any address within China and RMB200 or USD25 for any address outside China. Please provide a completed EMS return address label. Please note that fees are subject to change without prior notice. Payment methods: We only accept RMB cash payment at our counter. Please do not send cash in the mail. For mail-in applications, we accept Post Office money orders for RMB payments. Please follow the instructions below if you pay by post office money order: a) Please put the full name and the date of birth of the principal applicant on the money order. b) Please do not add password or PIN number to the money order. We also accept US dollar bank drafts issued by banks outside China. For USD bank draft payment, please add USD10 bank fee to the total amount paid. Bank drafts must be made payable to Immigration New Zealand and valid for more than 6 months. Please ensure it is the exact amount. Please note that only bank drafts issued by banks outside China are acceptable. We do not accept credit card payment. It is important to note that lodging a New Zealand Visa application does not guarantee approval and the application fee is non refundable.
