Frequently asked questions – What do I do if I am in MyMathLab and I have a technical question? If you are a student - contact customer service at 800-695-6337 or go to http://247.support.pearsoned.com. If you are a professor - contact customer service at 800-695-6577. Why was this site created? - - This site is a one stop place to go to for all of your Pearson/Prentice Hall/Addison Wesley textbook and MyMathLab needs. By logging into this site students who purchase a new text book or MyMathLab code will be able to gain access to additional ancillaries - without the added bulk of shrink-wrapping them into a package to be sold at the bookstore. Often many professors would like their students to have access to various options included in this site – but not all students want/need access to all of them. With this site – both professors and students can have all the options at their fingertips and choose which ones they wish to use. When would a student want to use this site? Any time a student has a question about their Pearson product – they can go to this site to find help. Additionally students can find instructions for MyMathLab instillation or use, download the solutions guide, learn best practices for studying, or view videos on how to complete the most difficult problems. When would a professor want to use this site? Professors can now have a one-stop place to go to for their textbook instructor’s ancillaries. All the textbooks ancillaries can be accessed with their special instructor code. (Contact the division office for a code). This is a fantastic benefit for those professors who accept a teaching assignment shortly before classes are scheduled to begin. They can simply go to the site and start class preparations on the same day. How do I ask additional questions about this site – and get these questions added to this list for future students?
