Design a scientifically defensible experiment to
test the following hypothesis: Drinking strong
coffee right before a major test in high school
will improve test performance.
How would you design the experiment to
rigorously test this hypothesis? Be sure to
include your prediction (if . . . then) statement,
identify the independent and dependent
variables, and describe how you would control
experimental variables.
Using your CD Rom, complete the 38 question
Chapter Quiz contained in the Review Section.
Please score your quiz and print the score sheet
as proof that you have completed the
assignment.
Unit One Objective Sheet will be available to
download by the end of the day on Friday. It
would be a good idea to begin working
through the objective sheet in preparation for
your test next week.
