Emphasis is on basic grammatical forms and functions. Vocabulary development consists of identifying key words and phrases for increased expression, especially in speaking, writing and reading. Convey meaning by effectively producing well organized and grammatically correct sentences. 2. Recognize grammar terminology as well as key vocabulary words and phrases. Attendance Policy: Four consecutive absences can result in student being dropped. However, the teacher may allow limited excused absences as required.
