Research Projects – you must do a good literature search/ get primary data from organisations and present examples and explanation in the Indian Context. Some of the topics will definitely require a good primary study. You can chose any topic, from the topics given. Study the prevailing practices in the company in detail. You will have to visit the Company at least twice. You should give real data on what managers and companies do, and how they do it well, what lessons they have learnt from their past practice.
