During hearing today, respondent handed over some information to the
complainant and remaining information is stated to be third party information. On the
other hand, Counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, stated that information
sought is not personal, it comes under the domain of public interest and respondent is
obligate to provide the same to the information-seeker.

I have considered the matter in depth and arrived at the conclusion that
information sought by the complainant cannot be denied and it is obligatory on the part of
Respondent to supply the same to him before the next date of hearing, failing which
action will be taken for non-supply of information under section 20(1) of the Act.

29.01.2015 and remaining information has been sent to him by registered post on
30.03.2015. Appellant has gone through the information and raised some queries, but the
respondent made him satisfied.
