Output Net Effect 1 know the concept of the constitution and constitutional law, have 1&2&11 3 information about the constitutional jurisdiction, 2 define the concept of state and knows the theories on the 1&2&11 3 subject, as well as the forms of state and government systems, and list their features, 3 define and know the features of the political power and the 1&2&11 3 founding political power that produce/amend the constitution, 4 define the political systems and the democracy in this context, 1&2&11 3 knows the theories of democracy and the types of democracy, 5 informed about the political parties, political election and 1&2&11 3 electoral systems, 6 define the fundamental rights and freedoms; know about the 1&2&11 3 fundamental rights and freedoms, the classification of fundamental rights and freedoms, the procedures and systems of their protection. Course Description: The course of Constitutional Law I, reviews the major concepts and issues of the concept of the Constitution, political power, judicial review of constitutional jurisdiction and the conformity of the laws to constitution, the elements of a state, theories about the origin of the state, government forms, the theory of separation of powers, government systems according to the separation of powers, theory of democracy, types of democracy, political elections, election systems and political parties, fundamental rights and freedoms.
