Course Objective
Course aims to teach the basic institutions, the concepts and theories of constitutional law to firstyear students at Cag University School of Law.

Course Description: The course of Constitutional Law I, reviews the major concepts and issues of the concept of the
Constitution, political power, judicial review of constitutional jurisdiction and the conformity of the laws to constitution, the
elements of a state, theories about the origin of the state, government forms, the theory of separation of powers,
government systems according to the separation of powers, theory of democracy, types of democracy, political elections,
election systems and political parties, fundamental rights and freedoms.
