This lets you type search words without having to think about capitalization, which does not generally affect the meaning of your search. There are times, however, when capitalization does affect meaning. You can specify that search words must have one or more capital letters, all capital letters, or no capital letters, for example: CAPS searches for the specified word with at least one letter capitalized caps (anchor) ALLCAPS searches for the specified word with all letters capitalized allcaps (doe) NOCAPS searches for the specified word with no letters capitalized nocaps (anchor) CAPS ALLCAPS NOCAPS 9 SPECIAL BASIC CHARACTERS CONNECTORS ADVANCED CONNECTORS ADVANCED SEARCH TECHNIQUES COST-EFFECTIVE SEARCHING SEARCH TIPS 10 COST-EFFECTIVE SEARCHING The ECLIPSE feature The FOCUS feature The ECLIPSE feature is an electronic clipping service that allows you to follow the development of topics of interest to you.
