Include clause in exhibitor agreement that ensures commitment to comply with environmental requests; include the following practices: • Minimize the use of collateral materials, and, for any necessary materials, produce on double‐
sided, with a minimum of 30% post‐consumer, recycled paper. • Minimize packing & recycling packaging when appropriate. • Use products which contain a significant amount of recycled content as giveaways.
