During his tenure with the federal government he worked for two departments; Canada Revenue Agency and his current department. Anthony has also occupied various positions such as Regional Business Manager, Supply Team Leader, Training Officer and Collections Contact Officer. Anthony is currently a mentor at the University of Toronto and has also volunteered with the Peel District School Board as Chair of the Parent Involvement Committee. Volunteerism has been a major part of his life and that is one of the reasons he volunteered for four years as a Probation and Parole Officer.
