 The design of the HV coil does not allow the formation of any cracks due to the high mechanical strength of the glass fiber reinforcement even under the most severe short circuit conditions or during extreme temperature shocks

Technology and Concept

 Copper or Aluminum windings insulated using a glass fiber epoxy resin laminate

 The HV coil is cast into moulds under vacuum process with pure epoxy resin

 The LV coil is cast into moulds or VPI design

 The manufacturing process ensures a void less insulating system of the highest quality

 The coil’s are partial discharge free and impulse voltage proof

 The HV coil can be designed with air ducts to cool the windings



Tapping links are brought out onto the outside face of each coil

The HV coils are hardly inflammable and self extinguishing.
