The University of Winnipeg Collegiate
The University of Winnipeg Collegiate invites applications for a full time, 10month term position as instructor beginning September 1st, 2015. Duties will
include teaching a variety of senior high mathematics and science courses in the
University of Winnipeg Collegiate Model School Program.
The ideal candidate will be a certified teacher with experience teaching senior
high mathematics and science. The candidate must have the ability to deliver
adapted and differentiated curriculum and assessment to individual students. In
addition, the candidate should have skill and experience in a flexible school
environment working with students that have a variety of needs as well as underrepresented students. Instructors of The Collegiate are represented by the
University of Winnipeg Faculty Association (Collegiate Unit). The appointment
and employment of an Instructor is subject to the provisions of the UWFA
(Collegiate) Collective Agreement which can be accessed on the University website at www.uwinnipeg.ca/index/hr-colagr.
