The programme itself is designed by P5+ and drama experts are used to bring the learning to life on stage. These master-classes allow for action-learning; learning which supports insight, motivation, skill development, real-world practice and accountability, making what is learnt there more practical and transferable to the workplace. The approach taken will be guided by the principles that people learn best through critical reflection, managing real-life concerns and adopting a within-to-outside approach.
