as ‘Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference’, abbreviated as ‘CRAC’), known as the flagship conference for

self-discipline. In such a case, the Food and Food Contact Material Annual Summit, part of the CRAC 2014 serials,
will be jointly held by REACH24H and Zhejiang institute of standardization at InterContinental Shanghai Puxi on
Oct 13 (Mon) 2014, to enhance industries’ understanding of the updates of the food and food contact material
regulations. The summit will discuss the issues including supervision of the Chinese Imported Food, the regulation
of the health food and genetically modified food and requirements of Chinese food labeling. Participants will
benefit from the in-depth discussions and have their confusion and concerns instantly answered.
Direct communication and guidance from the regulatory authorities makes the delegates get the most accurate
interpretation of regulations. Therefore, the speakers we invite for this summit are key officers of relevant

Imported food has been increasingly popular nowadays. The relevant statistics show, the gross amount of China
imported food was $13.78 billion in the first quarter of 2014, rose 24.1% from a year earlier. Imported food safety and
food supervision have become one of the most concerned issues for food importers and overseas food exporters. In
this topic, officials from Guandong Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau (Guangdong CIQ) will share information
of imported food supervision system and safety requirements with us.

Zhejiang Institute of Standardization (ZIS) WTO/TBT-SPS Notification and Enquiry of Zhejiang
Province
Zhejiang institute of standardization is affiliated to Zhejiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and is
specialize in standardization research and standard development. It is a technical organization which, based on
the standard, provide technical support and reasonable suggestion for government’s industry policy making and
give impetus to economic transformation and upgrading.
WTO/TBT-SPS Notification and Enquiry of Zhejiang Province is the corresponding office in Zhejiang to the
WTO/TBT-SPS Notification and Enquiry of China, as well as the internal institution of Zhejiang institute of
standardization. Based on the center idea of “circulate the early warning information, open the Green Passage,
break the technical barrier, promote the industry’s development” and the center theme of “enhance the
enterprises’ technical standard level of Zhejiang Province”, the main responsibilities of WTO/TBT-SPS Notification
and Enquiry of Zhejiang Province are to carry out the early warning and service work for technical barriers, to
comment and research on the important notifications from WTO members, to put forward monographic study

limited, only if full payment is done conference committee will issue attendee confirmation and reserve seats. If

3) Substitute: in any case, a substitute of an affirmed attendee will be welcome for no extra charge if we receive
your application in writing prior to the conference day on October 13th. Conference committee will reissue the
confirmation to substitute(s). REACH24H Consulting Group will not be liable of Visa application failure because
substitute application occurs.
4) Cancellation: any attendee will be allowed to cancel reservation before Sep. 20 2014 (Beijing Time) by informing
conference committee in writing. However, 50% of the invoiced registration fee will be charged for administration
in this case. It is regretted that cancellation after Sep. 20 2014 (Beijing Time) will not be refunded. Alternatively,
paid registration fee will be saved as credit deemed for other REACH24H events later on or Chemlinked.com

6) Recording or picturing with no permission of conference committee at the event is not allowed. All intellectual

7) REACH24H Consulting Group will reserve the right to alter the program, including (but not limited to) topics,

event. In case of cancellation of the event by REACH24H Consulting Group, liability will be limited to the return of
fees actually paid.
8) In case of a person/company (visitor, attendee, sponsor, exhibitor) infringing the overall interest/aim of the
conference or other attendees, parties or companies involved in the conference the committee shall be entitled
to exclude the infringing person/ company from the conference after a warning, in writing or personally showed
no adequate result. All respective costs in context of the infringement or the exclusion shall be on the infringing
person/companies/organizations own responsibilities.
9) Expenses as travels arrangements, insurance and Visa application are on the attendee’s own responsibility. The
cost of accommodation is not included in the registration rate.
