The Snyder Living Mobile Office ,aka MO, has gone into
hibernation for the winter. He will be making an appearance at the Home Show in March (more details to come).
In the meantime, Mo will still be updating everyone on
Facebook of everything going on at The Snyder
Companies. If you aren’t Mo’s friend on Facebook yet be
sure to friend him! He will be announcing promotions,
special and events going on this winter at The Snyder
Companies!

RULES:

All submitted referrals & subsequent bonus are subject to the approval of the Grow Your Green Committee.

GYG Forms MUST be filled out for each referral. For example, if
you’re referring to all apartments, each apartment complex must get
their own form.

Employees will now submit their GYG forms to the GYG Contact
Person from each entity instead of submitting their forms to
gyg@thesnydercompanies.com or HR. The GYG Contact person can be
found on the New GYG Form (pictured below). Please send your forms
to the appropriate e-mail address provided next to the contact
person’s name. If you have any questions for the entity, their
contact number is on the form as well.

You can only refer someone once for the same product. For example,
if you refer a group of people to the DoubleTree for use of a banquet
room and they continue to book for 2 more years after that, you only
get credit for the GYG once.
If you receive any kind of employee discount,
the referral bonus if void.


Managers are expected to provide GYG information to
all employee and attend all GYG Gatherings.

Due to RESPA rules, REALTORS cannot receive
compensation on home owner insurance referrals.

Due to RESPA rules, referrals to REALTORS will not
receive a referral bonus through this program.

Bonuses are awarded by check in November and/or
December. You must be a current employee to receive
your accumulated bonus.

Bonuses are taxable. Taxes will be deducted from your
bonus just like your regular paycheck.

under the “Contact Us” tab.

Congratulations Roger Carey for
being the Employee of the
Month in October!
Roger was nominated by Hilary Giesel at Brickyard
Apartments for his outstanding work and
commitment over the past 4 months. Roger has been
the only maintenance technician on the property since
July!
When Roger isn’t working he likes to fish and watch
sports. He is a die-hard bears fan! He is an animal lover and has a beagle named Toby. Roger enjoys eating
spaghetti and cooking his own catfish. He says there’s
nothing better than frying your own fish!
Roger says the thing he likes most about his job at The
Snyder Companies is that it is a great company to
work. He says everyone is so friendly and he likes
everyone he works with.
Roger likes to stay ahead of the game in his job which
is his key to success. Thank you Roger for all your hard
work and dedication! We appreciate all you do for The
Snyder Companies! Roger received a $50 gift card for
winning Employee of the Month.
