North Liberty / Coralville Babe Ruth Baseball 2016 Registration 13-15 yrs old
2016 North Liberty Babe Ruth baseball registration is available online at www.nlbr.org and additional forms will be available at
the North Liberty & Coralville Community Centers starting in January or request through e-mail at nlcbaberuth@yahoo.com.
Early registration fees will be $150.00 through March 6, 2016. Any registration received after March 6, 2016, will need to
contact nlcbaberuth@yahoo.com for availability and may be required to pay a late fee of $25.00 in addition to the regular
registration fee. Fees include the cost of the uniform (hat, pants, shirt, belt and socks), insurance, game expenses and certified
Umpires. All new players must have a copy of their birth certificate on file. Please remember that Babe Ruth Baseball is a
competitive league and, therefore, players are not guaranteed equal playing time. Please note that you must fill out a separate
form and sign the release from liability statement for each player. You may write a single check for multiple players, but please
make sure to note the check number on each registration form. You may also pay by PayPal at our website, www.nlbr.org. You
can download and print registration forms from the website. Please fill out registration and send back as soon as possible even
you don’t send payment until closer to registration end but payment is required to confirm registration before play begins. This
will help in getting accurate numbers for teams and game schedules.
Please notice that we have a fundraising initiative associated with this registration. This year any field enhancement donations
will be used towards, field maintenance, concession enhancements& future lights. These projects are very much needed and
unfortunately are very expensive. The NLBR board is appreciative of any financial support provided.
