Family of Concealable Body Armor
(FoCBA) Evolution
Description: FoCBA will provides concealable ballistic and stab protection that is comfortable to wear over extended periods of time. The FoCBA is intended
to be worn by Soldiers in Law enforcement, correction and confinement facilities, and personnel conducting intelligence operations
Capabilities: FoCBA will offers maximum concealable torso coverage for ballistics; 9mm FMJ, 357 and 44 MAG Protection per Army Protocol (similar to NIJ
0101.06) and Stab protection edge blade and spike (NIJ 0115.00)

Enhanced Combat Helmet (ECH)
P&D Phase
Description: The ECH is a Joint USMC led program.
It consists of a modular enhanced combat helmet
with a retention, suspension system and ballistic
NAPE pad. The ECH provides improved ballistic
and fragmentation protection while providing necessary
blunt impact protection and stability greater than
or equal to current ACHs at similar weight.
Capabilities:
 50% increase in fragmentation protection
 Increased 9mm protection
 Provides limited rifle protection
