Co-planar Replacement

▪ Standard Co-planar with integral manifold
Rosemount standard pressure transmitters offer a non-industry
standard process connection on the pressure sensor module. Because
of this, Rosemount must add a special process flange to adapt to the
industry standard 54mm pitch between process connection holes or
if a manifold is used, the adapter and the manifold can be designed as
one unit. These nuances can make replacing a Rosemount transmitter
a little more challenging. This FieldGuide will cover two scenarios for
replacing a Rosemount Transmitter.
> Option 1: Replacing both the transmitter and manifold

Pentair (A&G) MB Series Manifold
The Rosemount 3051 or 2051 with integral manifold can be replaced
with a EJX-A Series or EJA-E Series with the -B installation code and
either a Parker / PGI M800 Series manifold or Pentair (A&G) MB Series
manifold.
The Rosemount 3051 or 2051 can be replaced with a EJX-A Series or
EJA-E Series with the -B installation code.
