DEVIL PUPS CAMP OPPORTUNITY – Devil Pups is offering a FREE 10-day encampment with the U.S. Marines in
Camp Pendleton for boys and girls ages 14 to 17. The program is designed to develop self-discipline, selfconfidence, and leadership. This is NOT a recruitment program for the Marines, but those who attend will be
exposed to Marine Corps discipline. The first camp commences Thursday, July 10 with graduation on Saturday,
July 19. The second camp commences on Thursday, July 24 with graduation on Saturday, August 2. Housing,
meals, transportation, and clothing will be provided during the camp by Devil Pups Inc. For more information please

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Teen Court, a juvenile diversion program through the SAY San Diego organization, is
looking for high school students to serve as peer jurors for youth convicted of minor crimes. Teen Court staff and
partners (such as lawyers, police officers and teachers) train the students on the juvenile justice system, civil rights

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP/GRANT REPORTING - Seniors, if you are receiving scholarship/grant offers from
colleges and other organizations, please go to our website for directions and complete the scholarship award form.
We want to know about all your offers, even the awards you are not accepting. Please stop by Mrs. Alper’s desk in
the Counseling Office if you have any questions and to drop off your information. The deadline for reporting the
information is May 19. RBHS will report the total accomplishments of the Class of 2014 to the PUSD Board of
Education along with all the high schools in our District. Congratulations Seniors!
PALOMAR EARLY ACCEPTANCE PROGRAM - Seniors, if you took the Palomar Placement Test, login to
eServices to check your scores and remember to schedule your counseling appointment. Meeting with a Palomar
College counselor is very important and is one of the requirements in order to get priority registration. Visit the
