REI has been involved in numerous school projects throughout Central Wisconsin.
These projects exemplify REI’s strengths in applying standard design practices and
understanding the special requirements and procedures that pertain to public institutions.
The Northcentral Technical College campuses offer a variety of project opportunities
such as facility maintenance, reconstruction, and expansion. Most of these sites
needed a facelift to freshen their appearance while increasing functionality and correcting issues pertaining to poor subgrade conditions or surface drainage.
REI was able to make the appropriate recommendations to NTC to help streamline
the review/approval process and increase the expected longevity of these renewed
facilities. In addition, the projects were kept within the estimated budgets.
