AD - I would like any information that will help me take advantage of all programs

would be nice. And from what from what I've seen on some campuses- there are
posters calling for protest concerning the hiking of student tuition fees. I think it is
essential that the constructors of this on-line orientation heavily mention the issue
of tuition. this be

was one slide where they asked questions about each campus but it
was very brief. I'll need to go in early to go tour the Pinnacle, but I
don't mind that at all! I was just unlucky and missed the orientation
dates.

wasn't VERY helpful because it was just by 1000 or 2000, instead of
seeing the numbers of the classrooms or anything like that.

Comment: its just very hard to take in and remember all of the offices
to go to for assistance and remember which problems they do or do
not deal with if its not obvious (like students w disabilities); i know it
may annoy some people but i personally learn with repetition, it may
take a few extra minutes but if you grind the information in a bit more it
might be easier to remember later...

I really enjoyed the tutorial! I was out of town on the days orientation was held at the Pinnacle campus and was very
worried about missing vital information, but ACC TOP was very helpful

This is a good web to give orientations to new students because it shows a lot of stuff that is going to be at the school,and
it even shows you a video of a tour of how school is and it quizes you to see if you were paying real good atenttion.

I think that perhaps the amount of information imparted should be broken up into smaller segments. It's a bit like
information overload; I know a lot about various subjects, but a lot of the details got lost due to the amount I absorbed at

It was good, but the videos didn't seem efficient.
I think the program is a bit too long. Towards the end you just glance through the information
and don't really pay attention. I think there's too much information and it's a bit overwhelming
so I would recommend taking some of the information out to make the program shorter and
more enjoyable.

i find it absolutely ridiculous that any orientation is necessary at all considering the check that is
written to you.

This was fairly ridiculous. I had trouble justifying the relativity of more than about 40% of this
program, everything else was either common sense or useless. I don't want to go to a
community college to make friends, I want to go to a community college to take what I need
and leave, and I believe that is true for a fairly large majority of your students. If I was that
interested in the social aspect of college I would have leaped straight into a four year university
and dorm life. This was a waste of time that I will never get back.
Some of the points are too elaborate.
i had trouble getting it to load on an apple computer, which is all my family has so i had to finish
it at a different location. i don't think this works well in the safari browser.
in order to take advantage of work study programs you have to complete the acc orientation.
There was only a reference of how much acc has given out last year in financial aid. There
was no information on work study at all. Some more information on that topic would be
great.

good way of orientation.

from personal exploration through that. So instead of making it once you are enrolled at an actual campus, it should be
when you enroll for any type of ACC class.
