All forms of motor sport to which you are willing to participate in on these premises can be dangerous and may involve
injury or death caused by itself & or others. All participants or their parent or guardian if participant is under the age of
18 yrs must read & agree to the following declaration/paragraphs below & of the general track rulings as they are
designed to create a legally binding relationship in return for you & or your rider/driver being allowed to participate on
these premises.
1. I will satisfy myself (by sighting lap or otherwise) before taking part that the venue & track is acceptable to me with regard to it’s
features & physical layout (unless prohibited to do so).
2. By participating I accept the risks involved & that off road motorcycle activities are dangerous: including the risk of death or
serious injury (including permanent disablement) by self & or others.
3. I declare that I am or my accompanying rider (If rider under the age of 18 yrs) is competent to take part.
4. I declare that the vehicle & protective equipment to be used is safe, complies to the regulations & is in good working order for the
activity I sign on for today.
5. I am aware & accept that other participants on various size machines & of different/various riding techniques & or capabilities
may or will be on the circuit at the same time.
6. I am not taking any drugs (Prescribed or otherwise) or under any influence of alcohol that will impair my ability to take part in the
activity today. I declare that I/my accompanying rider am/is in good health & have good/adequate eye sight & I/they have no
medical condition that may affect my/their participation or other persons.
7. I have read, understood, accept & will comply with all StalkerMX & individual track rulings & or regulations, any supplemental
regulations & final instructions for this event given by the premises owner, organiser, site manager, employee or any third party
employed by the above named company. All StalkerMX track rulings & regulations are situated at the signing on station.
9: If rider is under the age of 18 yrs my parent/guardian has read the above & signed beneath my name to confirm agreement with
this declaration.
10: Parent/Guardian will marshal own child on the Auto track & ensure all necessary bike checks & protective gear is worn.
11: Parent/Guardian of Auto riders joining the youth group on the main track agree to this even in the presence of a Honda CRF150
in the group.
12. StalkerMX reserve the right to use any media taken during your visit for marketing purposes.
13. I understand that no free passes & or refunds shall be issued.
