Petrohawk Energy Completes Five Eagle Ford Shale
Wells At Black Hawk Project
Petrohawk Energy (HK) released the completion results of five
Eagle Ford Shale wells drilled at the company’s Black Hawk
prospect in DeWitt County, Texas. The well names and production
rates are below. Petrohawk Energy converts natural gas at a 12 to 1
ratio.
The Krause #1H well produced at an initial production rate of 16.9
million cubic feet equivalent per day, composed of 3.1 million
cubic feet per day of natural gas, and 1150 barrels per day of
condensate.
The Lanik #1H well produced at an initial production rate of 13.9
million cubic feet equivalent per day, composed of 2.9 million
cubic feet per day of natural gas, and 921 barrels per day of
condensate.
The Kickendahl #1H produced at an initial production rate of 13
million cubic feet equivalent per day, composed of 3.6 million
cubic feet per day of natural gas, and 780 barrels per day of
condensate.
The Krause B #1H well produced at an initial production rate of 14
million cubic feet equivalent per day, composed of 2.3 million
cubic feet per day of natural gas, and 974 barrels per day of
condensate.
The Oliver A #1H well produced at an initial production rate of
13.2 million cubic feet equivalent per day, composed of 2.4 million
cubic feet per day of natural gas, and 900 barrels per day of
condensate.
