Charitable Auctions—Spirits

SF 380 allows “spirits” to be auctioned at charity events by adding them to the permit currently used for
beer and wine.

Section by Section Analysis
Section 1 – Charity Beer, Spirits, and Wine Auction Permit
This section expands the permit used for auctioning beer and wine at charity events to also include spirits. This
section also provides that all requirements and restrictions that currently apply to charitable events that
auction beer and wine will also apply to spirits under this permit.
Section 2 – Permit Fees
This section adds spirits to the code section stating that the fee for a beer, spirit, or wine charity auction
permit is $100.
