INSTRUCTIONS
1. You must complete a major study at the University of Wollongong in order to satisfy requirements for your
degree. 300 level subjects completed at another university do not count towards your degree major at the
University of Wollongong.
2. Obtain an Enrolment Record Print (from SOLS or Student Central) and attach it to this form.
3. Seek approval from the relevant Head of the Academic Unit.
4. Seek approval from the Sub Dean/Dean of the Faculty in which you are enrolled.
5. Return the completed application with the approval signatures and enrolment record to Student Central –
Building 17.
6. Approved Cross Institutional students will be sent an Approval Letter to the address listed in SOLS (please
ensure this is current when submitting the form).
