The Rockingham Fishing and Hunting Expo shall
be governed by the rules and regulations issued
by the RFHE show staff.
The application for space and the resulting
assignment constitutes a contract for Exhibitor’s
right to use of the space in accordance with
Show regulations RFHE reserves the right to
relocate Exhibitor at its discretion, but will notify
Exhibitor prior to relocation. No Exhibitor may
assign its contract for space or permit any other
person to use any part of such space, except as
may be permitted in writing by show
management
The Exhibitor shall assume all responsibilities for
damages to the exposition facility and property,
and it shall indemnify and hold harmless RFHE,
its employees and agents from all liability that
might result from any cause whatsoever including
accidents or injuries to Exhibitor, their agents and
employees. In addition, thereto, Exhibitors shall
indemnify and hold harmless, RFHE against all
liabilities resulting from the negligence of the
Exhibitor, its agents and employees and shall
reimburse RFHE for any loss or expense
incurred by RFHE by reason of such negligence.
Such indemnification shall be effective even if
such claim results from the negligence of The
Rockingham Fishing and Hunting Expo.
Exhibitors are advised to carry special insurance
to cover Exhibitor material against damage and
loss and public liability insurance against injury to
the persons and property of others.
RFHE reserves the right to restrict exhibits which,
because of noise, method of operation, or any
other reason, become objectionable, or otherwise
detract from or are out of keeping with the
character of the Expo as a whole. Exhibitor
agrees to abide by the “Rules and Regulations”
and subsequent rules as published in the
Exhibitors manual and bulletins.
If by reason of fire, wind, storm or any other
cause or condition beyond the control of RFHE,
the exhibition facility becomes unavailable,
Exhibitor hereby authorizes RFHE to assign to
the Exhibitor, in lieu of the space described
herein, equivalent space in such other building as
RFHE may be able to procure for holding of the
exhibition. Exhibitor shall use and occupy such
space under the same terms and conditions and
at the same rent as are set forth in this
agreement, and RFHE shall not be liable to
Exhibitor for any loss or damage suffered by
Exhibitor by reason of such unavoidable
postponement and relocation of the expo.
All Exhibitors are expected to comply with booth
construction regulations outlined in the Exhibitors
manual. It is the Exhibitors’ responsibility to
supply these regulations to their exhibit houses.
All exhibit and booth materials, particularly
drapes, curtains, table covers, etc. must comply
with federal, state and city fire laws, insurance
underwriter and hotel/convention center safety
regulations and must be flame proof.
Space payments are non-refundable. Exhibitor is
responsible for total payment due on contracted
space.
Exhibitor’s space may be canceled by RFHE for
failure to pay balance when due. In the event
space is cancelled, all prior payments on account
will not be returned and RFHE may lease such
canceled space to another Exhibitor at its
discretion
RFHE reserves the rights to reject or prohibit any
exhibit which in its opinion; is not suitable to and
in keeping with the character of the exhibition.
Exhibitors shall be responsible for all their own
costs and expenses. Exhibitor understand and
agrees that all charges for services of any kind
are to be paid for by Exhibitor directly to the
persons providing them, and any disputes which
may arise between the Exhibitor and such
service organizations are to be settled between
them
