Leadership Beyond Boundaries (LBB)
Empowering Women through Leadership Development
LBB is a global initiative to democratize leadership
development and unlock human potential.
Through this effort, we are working to make high-quality leadership
development affordable and accessible to all people around the globe. CCL
has created low cost leadership development programs, tools, and models that
can be offered at the grassroots via NGOs, educational institutions,
government agencies, and community organizations.
CCL’s‘Women’s Empowerment and Leadership’ program has been created to
address a need worldwide to empower women and to develop them as leaders.

Why empower women?
•
Leadership and Empowerment together allow a women to make
effective decisions and are critical concepts at the heart of elevating
women’s status and allowing them to participate in their own
development.
•
Women entrepreneurs in many developing countries continue to face
serious challenges stemming from societal and gender barriers, political
and socio-economic instability, and weak institutional infrastructure.
•
By maximizing the entrepreneurial and leadership skills of women
entrepreneurs, and through their participation in women’s business
organizations, gender equality and economic growth and development
can be improved.
