Certified photocopy of the Report Card with 3rd grading grades
Preferably No grade below 80 per subject
Payment – Php 250
Bring pencil
Monday-Friday (8-10am 1st batch; 10-11.30am 2nd batch - Elem)
Monday-Friday (1-3pm High School)
Saturday (8-11:30am Elem & H.S)
INTERVIEW will be 3 DAYS AFTER the EXAM
Kindly ask a RECOMMENDATION FORM from the Registrar’s Staff.
REQUIREMENTS DURING INTERVIEW:
 SEALED RECOMMENDATION from the PREVIOUS SCHOOL (Principal or Adviser)
