AD DEADLINES
The Subpoena newsletter is the official monthly publication of
the San Antonio Bar Association. Read by over 3,000 attorneys,
each issue features articles written by — and about — the San
Antonio/Bexar County legal community.
Ad reservation deadlines are the 15th day of the month prior to
the issue. Ad materials are due the 20th day of the month prior
to the issue. If the deadline falls on a weekend the following
Monday is the deadline.
2015-16 ADVERTISING RATES
Classified Advertising Rates
DID YOU KNOW that in addition to the 3,000
mailed copies of Subpoena, we also send 2,500 issues
electronically to members? We estimate the emailed
version has a 15% pass-along rate.
The cost to place a classified ad in a single issue of the Subpoena is
$50 for up to 50 words, and $1 per word thereafter. Please contact

including covers. Cover ads must be full page.
Billing Terms
Billing terms are “Net 30 Days.” Outstanding balances over 90 days
past due are subject to collections.

PUBLICATION SPECIFICATIONS & AD SIZES
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The Subpoena newsletter is a 24-page, 8.5” by 11”, full-color, threecolumn publication. Five different, ad sizes are available:
• full page (no bleed);
• two-thirds page (2 orientation options);
• one-half page (2 orientation options);
• one-third page (3 orientation options); and
• one-sixth page (2 orientation options).
Ads must be submitted electronically and must be press-ready.
Digital files of ads will be accepted via email attachment, in PDF,
TIF or JPG format. High-resolution PDF files submitted by email
are preferred.
Please refer to the Ad Size Reference Chart on page 2 for a relative
comparison of these sizes, dimensions, and orientation options.
No POLITICAL advertisements of any kind will be accepted.
For quality purposes, advertisers may be asked to provide fonts
and images with the files, as well as an Acrobat (.pdf) version of the
file. Files not meeting these specifications may not be accepted.
