It weighs about 2000 pounds and in
1846, a crack appeared.
United States Constitution
United States Constitution- A
document that gives powers in the
name of the people. The
Constitution is the highest law. The
law is the set of rules that we live
by. The Constitution belongs to the
United States. It belongs to all
Americans.
The Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence-
A document that gives the
United States its freedom. It
was signed on July 4, 1776.
