Companies may have to vary their business strategies for a variety of reasons, such as entering into
new markets, operating in domestic or international arenas, diversifying into new business, or
building on existing brands. How a company implements these new strategies is just as important as
the appropriateness of the ones they develop. How companies engage in ethical business practices
and demonstrate corporate social responsibility are also key considerations.
With these thoughts in mind, perform the following tasks:
Compose a Reflection essay that discusses the most important insights that you gained during the BSBA
program. Use headings to guide the reader through your paper. Make sure the section headings are relevant
and appropriate to the content in the section. Format the essay using the APA style. Include a title page, header,
page numbers, and reference citations for any reference material you use to write your essay. Write the essay in
first person. The Reflection paper must be substantive and approximately 300 words in length. Submit this
assignment by Day 7. Remember that this is a reflection on your entire academic career experience as a
Walden student not just this course. [written and included for future references]

Where do I begin? It looks like we are beginning at the end....or is this only a new beginning? Of
course it is....clever l...thank you, yes...Clever is what got me here, what I got from here;...and what I
will get going from here...

I was a fool...a mere fool....Little did I know upon entering, how much the course of my life would
change of affect so many others...

[On Leaving the Program]
Cant wait...don't hesitate...so much has been lost; so many promises made and ideas un realized, as I
had to write about them rather than do them all...I understand the value of the exercise as much as I
understand the value of full application in the real world....Do I have another one hundred years of life?
How much more enthusiasm and clear hyper-thought as I had/have gone through can I readily apply as
goes through my mind as such right now? How much will I forget? What have I already forgotten?
Through all of this my mind is so keen right now, I challenge myself to continue the pace and level of
engagement so as to stay at this level; much like an athlete or well-made car part as part of a perfect
product, made available through a flawless supply chain..The Grid.......more on this as follows...

[My Performance and Self-Evaluation]...Perhaps, as this is the footnote portion of this milestone,
and acknowledge this as a milestone which it certainly is. After going back to school after 30 years, I
reflect on the where this journey has led me:....I want to continue and document...I race against the
clock...and the eventualities of my academician and documented longings.

Having personally and academically reached a 'pace' of my self-trained (we each have our own

version) conditioned response to become, the results are amazing and I am able to manifest so many
things, it is incredible...the biggest surprise is in realizing that this is not easy...nor may seem like
it...just because it feels comfortable for me to go in to the SIM thinking of it as a real company...
[My Challenges for the Future]
Save the users at all costs...extend the recognizer to be more than it answer of yes no, even though that
Is what I ultimately seek in this multi-verse....(which reminds me...note to self: please plot out the
Doctor Who/TorchWood/Star Wars version of this which they are expecting me to write...with
GLEE...yes,yes...a few musicals thrown in too...) leaving the challenge to the parallel to the paradigm,
this is the end of this writing; but it continues and begins many journeys; who have been waiting so
long.,.,I can feel the exhaustion from the efforts even before applying them...but cannot wait to become
bathed in these challenges...with the shower of inspiration, joy and satisfaction of being able to release
and set free such efforts, away from the boundaries of speaking them, rather spinning such straw into
gold....

The Super Bowl, Jeff Bridges, Elvis, The former attorney General of Illinois (his sister, Maria is the
one whom I am producing), Richard Branson, the Beatles, George Lucas, My daughter, (who works for
Vogue) David Foster, Disney...all of those soldiers (every soldier man and women in Afghanistan and
serving in the most remote F.O.B.s/Forward operating bases...total of 40,000 slices 2 per soldier
[5,000 pizzas were sent] were served and represented through the Super Bowl which occurred during
this course.. which by the way Pepsi was the sponsor of (you can see Katy Perry herself included
thanks to ABC world news...holy halftime show in deed, writing, emotion and educationally applied
persuasions....thanks for that) Thanks to Walden....my dreams....are only beginning...how ironic in
parallel to the lyrics of the song....and i too become like a firework on the 4th of July...through these
efforts. Also ironic, my this is one of my clients two biggest times of the year...

The best is yet to come
These reflections are normally saved for week six and I look these reflections as both milestone and
summary in addition to serving as go-to for reference...I wanted this to be so much more...after all it is
the last class, the last dance (we still have our last week)...but, as always...I am racing to the edge of the
clock...
I wanted to publish these findings to Google Scholars, so as to share, and i will similar to the movie
with Patricia Arquette; in which the film took place over ten (1) years...so too...do I aim to do things
with my documented video findings as journal...in the style of "into the Wild'...then sharing this
personally authored and documented information into other media...

The answer is a question..What is your Eternal Truth? Rhetorically of course, as those are what we
ultimately seek of all our selves..and i will....and whatever i chose to do to help them...and
me...wow..this is the part where you tap me on the back and say, go get 'e,m kid...make us proud...
Next time I see my children in person...I will be able to tell them before crying...
