Your online service centre
Welcome to My portfolio - the online service centre that offers you access to your account
information 24/7, as well as financial and lifestyle education materials under the Advice and
Guidance tab.
Instructions on how to register for My portfolio are below. Please note that for first time users, registering will take a few minutes.
Steps
Step 1
Make sure you have your welcome letter or member
number handy before you start.
If you don’t know or can’t remember your member
number, call CustomSuper® on 1300 653 456.
Open your internet browser and type in
www.customsuper.amp.com.au and press enter.
(This will take you to the CustomSuper website).
Click on the blue Login button in the top right hand
corner - this will take you to the My portfolio login
screen.
Step 2
Click on “register” at the bottom of the screen and you
will see the registration page appear.
Follow the prompts in the “Registration for My portfolio”
section, entering your details exactly as on your policy.
After you have finished, you will receive your activation
code at the email address you provide during the
registration process.
When you first login you will need to use your user
name and password along with the activation code.
You will only need to use the activation code once - after
that all you’ll need will be your user name and password.
Already registered?
Simply enter your user name and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “forgotten
password” and follow the prompts.
If that doesn’t work or if you’ve forgotten your user
name and password, see the “getting help” details
available over the page.
