Business Process Analyst
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for working with management and front line
personnel to analyze and document business needs and strategy in order to support and
optimize technologies and business processes.
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the development, standardization and
documentation of new or enhanced business processes; providing support and issue
resolution for the supported business functional area; collaborating and communicating with
business partners regarding process optimization and system issues; and maintaining process
flows and end user documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:






Facilitate regular meetings with business partners to understand the strength and
weaknesses of their operations to determine opportunities to optimize and automate
processes and functions.
Ensure business requirements are gathered and mapped in the new system. Document
process flows, key configuration, interfaces and transactions in the new system landscape.
Support the business process with issue identification and resolution, and process
optimization. Investigate resolution to issues and notify appropriate staff.
Facilitate organize patch testing activities, data cleanup/ migration activities to support key
users and team members.
Develop strong business and system knowledge relating to assigned functional areas.
Understand and maintain master data governance for supported functional area.
Participate in the creation of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans during the Requirements
Definition phase of the Blueprint planning and review/validate UAT results for alignment
with business requirements.
Please keep in mind that these are the minimum requirements for a Business Process Analyst
I position. This position does have various levels, so if an applicant meets more of the
preferred skills they may qualify for a higher level position within the Business Process
Analyst job family.
Desired Skills and Experience
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Degree in a technology, business, engineering, math, or other related field of study.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience performing the Duties and Responsibilities

Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific shortterm project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
