may not: a. use, copy, or distribute the PC software or mobile application except as expressly provided in this Agreement; b. rent, lease, licence or loan the PC software or mobile application
software; c. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PC or mobile software application , except to the extent permitted by applicable law; or d. make error corrections to, or otherwise
adapt or modify, or create derivative works based upon the PC or mobile software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.These terms and conditions do not exclude or modify any
condition or warranty implied into these terms and conditions, or any guarantee conferred by or any liability of F-Secure under any law (including under the Competition and Consumer Act
2010 (Cth) including The Australian Consumer Law (as amended from time to time)) if to do so would contravene that law or make any part of this clause void or unenforceable. 1. Subject to
clause 0, F-Secure: a. other than expressly set out in these terms and conditions, excludes all implied terms, conditions, warranties and guarantees to the fullest extent permitted by law; b.
excludes any liability for any: i. loss or opportunity, lost revenue or lost profits; or ii. special or consequential loss. 1. Where you subscribe to a FREE plan and do not login to your Optus Smart
Safe or back-up content to your Optus Smart Safe via mobile or PC at least once every 60 days, your subscription will be: a. suspended where your Optus Smart Safe has 60 consecutive days of
inactivity; and b. terminated where your Optus Smart Safe has 120 consecutive days of inactivity. 1. F-Secure is the ‘distributor’ referred in the End User License Terms and is providing a license
for you to use the PC/MAC or mobile software on your personal computer or mobile device. 2. Where F-Secure has reasonable grounds to suspect that such the contents of your Optus Smart
Safe: a. infringes the Intellectual Property Rights or any rights of any person; b. is unlawful, fraudulent, sexist, racist, or in breach of any anti-discrimination law; c. is misleading or deceptive;
d. is defamatory; e. is obscene, offensive or is in any way unsuitable for people under the age of 18 years; f. is classified MA15+, X18+, R18+ or RC pursuant to the classifications set out in the
Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Cth); g. is not classified but if it were classified pursuant to the classifications set out in the Classification (Publications, Films
and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Cth) is reasonably likely to be classified MA15+, X18+, R18+ or RC ; or h. does not comply with the requirements of this Agreement, F-Secure may immediately
do any one or more of the following: a. remove Content from your Optus Smart Safe; b. suspend, adapt or remove Content (or any component thereof) from your Optus Smart Safe; c. suspend
your use of Optus Smart Safe; d. block access to your content; e. remove links to your content; and f. take any other steps reasonably necessary in order to comply with applicable industry
standards or to comply with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
$25 Monthly Roaming Pack: 1. The $25 Monthly Roaming pack is only available to eligible credit-approved, small and medium business AutoroamTM customers as defined by Optus, connecting
to the Optus Digital Mobile service AutoroamTM. AutoroamTM is not automatically connected with an Optus Digital Mobile service. AutoroamTM activation is subject to credit assessment and
acceptance by Optus and can be terminated without notice. Customers need to arrange connection before they go overseas. 2. AutoroamTM rates are subject to change without notice, due to
fluctuations in international currency exchange rates and changes to charges imposed by overseas networks. 3. Optus Prepaid and MobileSat Service Provider customers are not eligible. Not
available in conjunction with single bill or e-bill products. For technical and commercial reasons, the SMB Roaming packs may not be available to all Optus customers. 4. Standard roaming
charges for your applicable plan apply once the Roaming Pack included value has been exceeded. 5. Unused roaming usage value does not rollover into the following month. 6. You are not
able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. It may take several months for roaming charges to appear on your bill. In the situation where late voice, SMS or data roaming
usage records are billed and the pack has been cancelled or made inactive, standard roaming rates may apply. 7. If you select the $25 Monthly Roaming Pack the monthly access fee and
the included usage values are pro-rated with respective to your billing period. You will incur the minimum monthly access charge even if you don’t use the maximum included value. The $25
Monthly Roaming pack has a monthly recurring charge and customers need to contact Customer Care to have them removed. If you upgrade or downgrade mid billing cycle, the charge and
usage will be pro-rated. 8. The $50 Included Value includes all voice and video call types, SMS, MMS and data (GPRS) services whilst roaming only. The included value excludes all calls made
from within Australia (national and international voice calls, video calls, data (GPRS) usage, SMS/MMS, VoiceMail), premium and third party SMS/MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content, third
party content and applications, 1900. Use of these services will be charged at the prevailing rate. 9. If you elect to use MyAccount roaming usage alerts they will show all the roaming usage
in that billing period, regardless of when the Monthly Roaming Pack was added onto the service. 10. Optus reserves the right to withdraw or change the Monthly Roaming packs at anytime,

You will be required to pay for the data used and your access fee whilst connected. You will be required to return the Optus supplied mobile data device to Optus within 14 days at your own cost to
avoid having equipment charges applied to your account. Cancellation fees will apply outside the Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee. Optus Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee period is only available
on the Optus GSM and 3G/HS PA networks. It does not apply to use of the service via an InZone device away from your nominated address. Optus Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee is a special
promotion and may be withdrawn at any time.
The 24-Month Handset Warranty is made up of: the Manufacturer’s Handset Warranty which is supplied by the manufacturer of your handset. The terms and conditions of this warranty
are set out in the documentation that you received when you purchased your handset; and • the Optus Extended Handset Warranty which is supplied by Optus to eligible customers, and
which automatically extends your manufacturer’s handset warranty to 24 months, if your manufacturer’s handset warranty is less than 24 months. Optus Extended Handset Warranty: You
are eligible for the Optus Extended Handset Warranty on your handset, if on or after 14 November 2010, • you purchase a new handset (with a manufacturer’s handset warranty of less than 24
months) from Optus or an authorised Optus dealer; and • you are a consumer or small or medium business customer who connects to an Optus postpaid mobile plan for 24 months (except if
you are a small or medium business customer who purchases the new handset using technology funds or equipment credits available to you under your Optus postpaid mobile plan). You must
be connected to an Optus postpaid mobile plan to remain eligible for the Optus Extended Handset Warranty. The Optus Extended Handset Warranty is not available on Satellite and Pre-Paid
handsets. 24-Month Handset Warranty: Manufacturers’ standard warranties typically exclude any entitlement to the repair of your handset for faults caused by misuse (such as physical
damage or liquid ingression) but this will vary depending on your handset and manufacturer. The same exclusions apply to the Optus Extended Handset Warranty. The 24-Month Handset
Warranty only covers repair to your handset. It does not cover repair to handset batteries or accessories. To claim, the fault in your handset must appear during the 24-month warranty period.
Repairs to handsets can only be undertaken at an Optus Service Centre. The repair of your handset may result in loss of data (such as loss of telephone numbers stored on your handset);
Your handset may be replaced by a refurbished handset of the same type, rather than being repaired. If your handset is replaced by a refurbished handset, the 24-Month Handset warranty
applies in relation to that refurbished handset for the remainder of your 24-month warranty period. Your statutory rights: The benefits to you given by the 24-Month Handset Warranty are in
addition to your other rights and remedies as a consumer under Australian law, including Consumer Guarantees under the Competitor and Consumer Act. You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure. To claim under your 24-Month Handset Warranty, you should: • Take the faulty handset with proof of date of purchase of your handset to any
authorised Optus Dealer optus.com.au/storelocator and inform them that you are making a claim under your 24-Month Handset Warranty The Optus Dealer will send the faulty handset to
the Optus Service Centre. • The Optus Service Centre may contact you for further information, particularly about your handset repair and the terms of your warranty. • Once the repair has
been completed (average of ten working days), the handset will be returned to the same Optus Dealer where you left the faulty handset. • The Optus Dealer will then contact you to inform
you that your handset is ready for collection. • You are responsible for any expenses you may incur in delivering your faulty handset to, and collecting your repaired handset from, the Optus
Dealer. All other expenses in relation to your claim under your 24-Month Handset Warranty will be covered by Optus.
Activation: Biz Voice to Text can be activated directly from your handset by texting the word ON to 7746 or through My Account, In-store or via Customer Care. Biz Voice to MMS
can only be activated through My Account, In-store or via Customer Care. Cancellation: Biz Voice to Text can be cancelled or changed back to standard VoiceMail at any time by texting
the word OFF to 7746 or by selecting an alternative VoiceMail delivery method online in MyAccount, In-store or via Customer Care. Biz Voice to MMS can be cancelled or changed

Small & Medium Business (SMB) customers, as defined by Optus that subscribe to an eligible rate plans only. For commercial and technical reasons this service may not be available
to all customers. Optus Mobile Fair Go™ policy applies. A maximum of 60 Post-Paid mobile VoiceMail messages can be stored on the Optus network for up to 5 days. The last message
will be presented first when dialling into your VoiceMail. General: It may take up to 20 minutes for converted messages to be delivered successfully to your handset. Optus does not
guarantee that all messages will be converted correctly. The Biz Voice to Text service is currently able to convert messages spoken in English only. Biz Voice to Text: If parts of a message
cannot be converted they will be marked or omitted. In some instances, a third party agent might assist in the translation of individual words or small portions of the spoken message.
If a message cannot be converted at all, a notification SMS with instructions on how to retrieve the VoiceMail message will be sent to your handset via SMS. This can happen due to a
spoken message not being in English, or because of poor diction, poor connection, and context or background noise. If the spoken message is too long to be converted into a maximum
of three text messages, the text will be truncated and you will have to dial into your VoiceMail to listen to the message to hear its entirety. Optus is not responsible for the content of
any converted VoiceMail messages and does not censor or filter converted messages. You must not use or permit either the Biz Voice to Text service or the Biz Voice to MMS to be used:
i) to breach any laws, standards, content requirements or applicable codes of conduct, to infringe a third party’s rights; or ii) to connect with any machine-to-machine or automated or
commercial applications other than the conversion of VoiceMails received in a personal mailbox. Optus reserves the right to suspend, limit or disable the Biz Voice to Text service at any time
if the service has been used in a way described above.
