Tan Tao University (TTU) is a newly established, not-for-profit private university, located
west of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. TTU is committed to higher education following the
Western model, conducted at a high international standard. Teaching of all subjects is in
English. The university will provide full scholarships to talented Vietnamese students
from all provinces and backgrounds upon competitive admission – regardless of means.
These scholarships – which are renewable subject to performance - cover 100% tuition,
meals and accommodation. Whilst the first intakes of students have been for
undergraduates, TTU will evolve into a graduate and research-oriented university. TTU
actively supports faculty development and research, and we seek professors to help
build the institution.
Tan Tao University School of Medicine has been established under the Decision No
2146/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 18, 2013. Teaching in School of Medicine is bi-lingual:
English and Vietnamese.

Qualification & Compensation
o All levels are considered. An earned doctorate, or a Master, or specialty level 1
or 2 from a credited and reputable institution is a must
o Ability to teach in both Vietnamese and English
o Three-year contract, with review for renewal after one year.

o Research support available.
o Foreign faculty receive a home expenses allowance in addition to salary. The
package includes health insurance, airfare allowance, and housing at special
rates.
