Working to identify changes in the formation, release, and content of microvesicles from the surface of mouse embryonic fibroblast cells before and after the induction of the oncogene Dbl (diffuse B-cell lymphoma protein), which may result in novel cancer therapies and diagnostic methods. Designed and populated a database on multiple myeloma patients through which we observed a highly statistically significant difference in the time to progression after autologous stem cell transplant between patients who received one of two of the most commonly used mobilization regiments.
