Course description
New methodology and techniques of decision support in management. Artificial intelligence in multicriteria
decision analysis (sorting, ranking, classification, programming in fuzzy environment and rule induction
systems). Intelligent systems in knowledge-based systems (knowledge discovery and representation,
approximate reasoning and management of uncertainty). Granular and soft computing including neural networks
and rough set theory. Machine learning, intelligent data analysis and generating of decision rules from
incomplete information. Applications of intelligent systems in: sales forecasting, demand planning, business
multicriteria decision support and others.
