Development of human resources is the most important factor for the economic and social development in general as well as the development of any enterprise or organization. In the field of education and training, the development of human resources really needs to hold a key role. The thesis is about human resources in environmental training of human resources (higher education) to show the importance of this issue. - Clarify the need of the development of human resources for training facilities, especially for Hung Vuong University. - Analyze and assess the situation of human resources and high quality manpower at Hung Vuong University (compared and placed in the general situation of the country). - Propose solutions for human resource development at Hung Vuong University. Especially about attraction, remuneration, retention of qualified human resources at Hung Vuong University.
