Welcome to the 12th Annual Winter Park Concours d’Elegance
Attached to this letter you will find a schedule of events, parking instructions and maps showing your
entry points for the show.
FRIDAY Evening, November 8th – duPont REGISTRY LIVE AeroPort Reception- (Ticketed Event)
Join us for a fun-filled evening of fine cuisine, premium open bars and entertainment in the midst of an
array of private aircraft, show cars, watercraft, and luxury motor coaches. The AeroPort Reception
starts at 7:00 pm at the Southeast Ramp of the Sanford/Orlando International Airport. Paid tickets
will be picked up at the entrance (will call) or you can purchase tickets at the door. The Battle of the
Heavyweights “an event within an event” will begin at 7:00pm. With a $50 donation to the Seminole
Kid’s House you will be whisked down the tarmac for the ride of your life in an exotic auto by a
professional driver.
Shuttle service provide by Mercedes of Orlando.
SATURDAY Morning, November 9th – Tour d’Elegance
Your entry fee includes you and your car in the tour on Saturday. Should you wish to take a rider(s)/
navigator on the tour, an additional $75 per person needs to be paid prior to the tour. Breakfast begins at
8:00 AM at Hannibal Square on the corner of New England Avenue & Pennsylvania Avenue in Winter
Park’s Historic East Side. Fill your gas tank up and prepare for a country ride (approx. 2 hours) to a
unique destination.
SATURDAY, November 9th, 12pm - 4pm, – Concorso at Windermere Country Club-(Ticketed Event)
“A gathering of the world’s most exotic, rare automobiles and antique wooden boats, paired with
Exquisite Foods, Fine Wines and Live Entertainment, set against Orlando’s most prestigious backdrop.”
SUNDAY, November 10th – Winter Park Concours d’Elegance
Our stewards will be ready to park you by 6:30 AM and will direct you to your parking spot.
~ REPORT TO REGISTRATION TENT ~
After your car is parked, please report to the Registration Tent
at the corner of Morse & Park Ave., next to the Brick Bus Stop between 6:30am and 8:30am.
Your goody Bag, poster and window placard will be given to you at registration.
Judging starts at 9:00 am, you must be at your vehicle for judging.

j Concours Rules & Regulations i
Winter Park Concours, LLC reserves the right to ask any party not observing the standards set forth
by the Concours d’Elegance, the City of Winter Park and the Central Park Board to immediately
leave the designated Concours area.
As a condition of participating in the Winter Park Concours d’Elegance, exhibitors agree to have
their cars in their designated spot by 8:30 am and will not leave the show area until 5:00 pm.
Judging starts at 9:00 am and the awards ceremony starts at 3:00 pm and finishes by 4:30 pm.
Only vehicles that have been pre-registered and approved by the Concours committee are allowed
in the Concours show area. Personal vehicles and trailers must be parked on the street or in city
parking lots outside the show area. (Refer to attached maps)
Pets or animals of any nature or type are not allowed in the Concours area. Animals certified to
assist the vision and/or hearing impaired are permitted.
Canopies, banners or signage relating to exhibited cars, or businesses are not allowed without prior
approval from the Concours committee. Descriptive placards about the show car may be placed
on the dash or in front of the car. NO “FOR SALE” SIGNS ARE PERMITTED.
All exhibitors are required to have full insurance policies in effect for their Concours vehicle.
No soliciting is allowed, including, but not limited to, handing out of any material, brochures or
offerings of any kind without the prior written permission of Winter Park Concours, LLC.
