CONFUSING PHRASAL VERBS (part 2) Many times in English we use a group of words to mean a verb or verb phrase. For example “Turn up the music” means “increase the volume”. Sometimes we have a variety of phrases with the same start word. This can be confusing. Learning to differentiate these common English phrasal verbs and you will improve your English listening and speaking.
