Q. Why should I exhibit at SPREE?
A. To gain maximum exposure for your company, product or
service in the specialty retail industry. To generate leads and
make deals with current and prospective cart retailers and to
network with key players in the industry.
Q. Who should exhibit at SPREE?
A. Manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, inventors,
artisans, property manager and developers, consultants,
companies offering turnkey concepts and service providers.
Q. How big are the booths?
A. Booths are either 8’x10’ or 10’x10’.
Q. How much does a booth cost?
A. A standard 10’x10’ booth is $1,600. A 10’x10’ booth with
corner exposure is $1,750. An 8’x10’ booth is $1,300.
Q. How do I obtain booth space?
A. Contact the Specialty Retail Report sales department
via phone: 800.936.6297 or via email at

Q. How is booth space assigned?
A. Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We will make every effort to assign you one of your top five
preferences.
Q. When will I be notified of my booth assignment?
A. Exhibitors will be notified of booth assignments after their
contract is received and processed. No later than February 1,
2013.
Q. What comes with my booth?
A. Exhibit space includes an 8’ back drape and 3’ side drapes,
a standard booth ID sign, four staff badges and a free Virtual
SPREE booth.
Q. What is Virtual SPREE?
A. Virtual SPREE is an online trade show floor showcasing all
SPREE exhibitors. Virtual SPREE will funnel new customers to
you 24/7, 365 a year. Virtual SPREE goes live approximately
two weeks after the live show in Las Vegas.
Q. What do I need to do to receive my virtual booth?
A. Virtual SPREE is an exclusive benefit ONLY for SPREE
exhibitors. You will automatically receive one online booth
which will include a brief company profile, a picture of your
booth or product, contact information and a link to your
website once you submit a contract for SPREE.
Q. How do I get staff badges for my staff members
working the show?
A. Exhibitors will be notified via email with instructions to
obtain staff badges. Badges may be picked up at exhibitor
registration; they will not be mailed.
Q. When is exhibitor move-in?
A. Exhibitor move-in will take place on Monday and Tuesday.

Q. How do I order furniture for my booth?
A. Information on how to order furniture and electrical
services will be included in your exhibitor manual, which you
will receive prior to the show.
Q. Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
A. No. The exhibit hall at Sands Expo Center for SPREE 2013
is not carpeted. Should you want carpet, you will need to
order it.
Q. How do I secure a hotel room at the show rate?
A. There are a limited number of rooms available at The
Venetian at the rate of $209. To reserve a room, call
866.659.9643 and identify yourself as a SPREE participant
or reserve online at SPREEshow.com. Reservation deadline
is March 28, 2013 and rooms are available on a first-come,
first-serve basis and are subject to sell out before the cut-off
date. Rooms have sold out for the last three years, so
reserve early.
Q. How can I benefit from speaking with specialty
leasing managers?
A. Specialty leasing managers are acting as a sales force
on your behalf —promoting your products to their tenants.
While they will not sign deals with you at the show, they
have a strong influence as to what products are sold in their
centers.
