Note 1: Agreement Governing Exchanges / Agreement on Exchange Programs: Based on the spirit of reciprocity, equality, and mutua
understanding, agreements that are made and entered into regarding faculty exchange, student exchange, academic research activities,
exchange of academic and other materials, and other similar exchanges for the purpose of strengthening international cooperation in
research and education between universities.
Note 2: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): An agreement that is made and entered into regarding detailed items prescribed in
agreements. Specifically, such items include the purpose, content of exchange, number of people, qualifications, periods, expenses,
related procedures, accommodation, and accreditation of credits. The examples include programs such as the student exchange
program, joint degree program, and entrance examination by special recommendation.
