Research purposes:
Concentrating on clarifying the competitiveness and competitive capacity of VNPT – CA
at Vietnam Data Communication Company (VDC), giving the latest ideas and efficient
recommendation to enhance the competitiveness of services in the near future.
Specifically, the dissertation is basic theorerical system about service competitive capacity.
Thesis performs analysis of the collected data; On that basis, to give the subjective
assessment of the competitiveness of VNPT-CA service. With work experience of myself,
through research, reference materials experts; My dissertation boldly offer my own
perspective on the competitiveness of
VNPT-CA at Vietnam Data Communication
Company.
Research tasks:
To accomplish above target, the author chose quantitative and qualitative methodology for
searching, combination between theory and practice of competitiveness to approve the
points, give initial solutions as well, in particular:
- Theoretical argument: System theory issues of competitiveness capacity, competitiveness
capacity of services, factors impact on service competitiveness; criteria assessment on
service competitiveness.
- Practical argument: Practical study on Competitiveness VNPT - CA service gives
achieved current outcomes, existence and causes.
- On the basis of theoretical arguments and give some practical solutions to improve the
competitiveness of VNPT - CA service for Vietnam Data Communication Company
(VDC).

- Formalizing the theory of service competitive capacity.
- Clarifying the competitive capacity VNPT – CA at Vietnam Data Communication
(VDC).
- Giving the efficient solutions to enhance VNPT – CA competitive capacity of VNPT –
CA services.
