Beetroot-cured organic salmon with
crunchy, pickled veggies and mustard soured cream
Roasted butternut squash, tomato and Westcombe Cheddar tart
with baby watercress and tarragon salad (v)
Pressed, slow-cooked English duck leg, cipollinis
and capers with tomato chutney and rosemary focaccia
Artisan sourdoughs from Jamie’s own bakery, The Flour Station
Main course…
Slow-cooked porchetta (rare breed pork loin, rosemary, bay leaf and garlic)
with braised Florence fennel, potatoes ‘al forno’ and salsa verde
Truffled celeriac ribbons, wild rocket, celery
and hazelnut salad with sweet pears and mint (v)
Baked, line-caught halibut, wrapped in zucchini with slow-cooked lentils,
olive oil mash and a hot tomato, chilli, soft herb and lemon dressing
For dessert…
Bramley apple, rhubarb and ginger granola crumble tart
with Cornish clotted cream
Old-school bread and butter pudding with cinnamon and orange

Map and directions
Savoy Pier is located on the Victoria Embankment,
north of the Palace of Westminster.
The nearest train stations are Charing Cross on the
north side of the Thames, Waterloo on the south side or, if
travelling via the Underground, Embankment station.
There is limited on-street parking around Savoy Pier, as well
as parking in the Savoy Adelphi Garage on Savoy Place.
