AJCC ART CLASS
Posing with their creations, standing from left to right: Marilyn
Yarmon, Paula Schwartzman, Bill Albrecht, Leah Ronen, Bonnie
Price, Jackie Cohen, Sherry Brooks and Tina Weinstein. Kneeling:
Meryl Edwards and Rosalee Kenny. (Not pictured: Carolyn Green.)
These smiling artists were enrolled
in the AJCC Art Class taught by Emily
Shipe. For this 6-week class, the
medium used was acrylics. A second
class geared toward Intermediate
Beginners or Beginners 102 is
currently in the planning stages.
Once a date and time is determined,
AJCC members will be notified via an
email blast. The class fee is $150, not
including the art supplies that you
will need to purchase before class
begins. AJCC full year members will
receive a 50% discount off the $150
fee, made possible by the Debbie
Katcoff Memorial Art Fund.
Jewish Educational Loan Fund 2016 - 2017  AJCC Art Class
JELF loans are need-based and offer “last-dollar” financing, meaning that JELF provides the final dollars that
bridge the gap between a student’s total financial resources and the cost of attending school. Applicants must
be enrolled full-time in a program leading to a degree or certificate at an accredited institution that is located
in the United States, be a U.S. citizen or have lawful immigration status in the U.S. and be able to demonstrate
financial need (FAFSA application required).

Shalom,
Special thanks to the Congregation Children of Israel Sisterhood for a wonderful Chanukah

Jewish Bingo, Chanukah making, and good food. Thanks to Brian Apple and Leah Ronen
for their support.
Also thanks to everyone for making 2015 a great Jewish learning year! Your support of our
