Reg. 168/2009 along with the other legislation listed therein, i.e. Court of Appeal Act, Supreme Court Act, and Law and Equity Act. In addition you should study the Jury Act and the Negligence Act. N.B. Part 8 and Rules 9-1 and 15-1 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules are of particular importance and you should familiarize yourself with them.
