Indirect Business Sales Third Party Authorisation Request Section 1 - Important information about Third Party Access As we respect your privacy, the only person authorised to access your account to check or change your details is you, the account holder. If you would like anyone else to be able to access information on your account and make changes, you will need to complete this Third Party Access Authority form. Authorised individuals or groups will have the ability to; Obtain billing information Arrange replacements Obtain general advice Add a service or product Obtain PUK codes Amend account details (not password) Note – Individuals or groups with Third Party access are not allowed to request disconnections, PAC codes, raise further Third Party Authorisation requests or change the Customer Account password. These requests may only come from the account holder. Upon receipt of this form we will amend your account to enable access for your authorised user(s). Please remember that you are still responsible for all charges on the account, whether instructions have been given by you or by your authorised representative. Please note that if you upgrade your plan and move between any of the EE brands (EE, T-Mobile or Orange), this authorisation will still apply unless you inform us otherwise. If you are upgrading through a new EE Business Partner/Stockist and wish to give third party authority for them to act on your behalf, a new authorisation form will need to be completed. If you wish to make changes to this third party authorisation or revoke access from a named individual or group, you (the Account Holder) will need to inform us (EE) of what changes you wish to make.
