Dear Unitholders,
CHANGE OF REGISTRAR AND PROCESS AGENT
We wish to notify you that Citi Fund Services (Asia) Limited (“CFSAL”) will cease to be registrar and
processing agent of the Sub-Fund and Citicorp Financial Services Limited (“CFSL”) will be appointed
by Cititrust (Cayman) Limited as replacement registrar and process agent with effect from 31
December 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
CFSL has the same ultimate parent as CFSAL, namely Citicorp, and all operational processes, staff
and infrastructure relevant to the performance of registrar and process agency services will transfer
to CFSL. In addition the telephone number and fax number utilized by CSFL will remain the same.
There will be no change in the fees borne by the Sub-Fund as a result of the appointment of CFSL as
registrar and processing agent of the Sub-Fund and CSFL will be appointed subject to the same
terms and conditions of appointment as CFSAL. Any costs and/or expenses incurred as a result of the
change of registrar and processing agent will be borne by the Sub-Fund.
The Explanatory Memorandum will be updated by way of an addendum in order to reflect the
change in the registrar and processing agent of the Sub-Fund (the “Addendum”) with effect from
the Effective Date.
